General Conditions
We strive to provide customers with the best after-sales service. All products have a 30-day refund/return validity period and a one-year warranty period (excluding wearable parts such as indenters and springs, etc.).

- Before sending any returns, please contact our customer service first.
- All items must be returned to us before they can be refunded or replaced.
- Please check all the products when you receive them, as we will only accept products returned to us in original condition and suitable for resale, unless we have received prior notice about a defective product.
- Unless the purchased item is defective or incorrect, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
What circumstances do we provide return and refund services?
- Products have quality problems.
- Problems caused by warehouse personnel during shipment, such as sending incorrect products or missing products.
- Products are seriously inconsistent with the description.
In what circumstances do we not provide return and refund service?
- The products you purchased are wearable parts including indenters, springs, etc.
- There is damage to tools caused by misuse, beating or accident.
- Products whose 30-days validity of return/ refund has expired.
Return of products
- Validity of return: within 30 days after receiving the goods.
- Please contact our customer service for replacement, return or repair issues before sending any returns. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

- Please note that it is your responsibility to pay postage for returned products.
- JRready New Zealand will charge no additional handling fee.
- After we receive the returned products, you will get your refund within 3 working days.
Refund of products
- In circumstances when no products need to be returned, your refund will be processed within 3 working days after your request is approved.
- Refunds will be returned to the original account.
- When you meet the requirement for a full or partial refund, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.
