Product Quality

What certification do your products have?

JRready has gained ISO90001 certification and EU ROHS2.0 certification.

What standards do your connectors meet?

All our connectors meet IP67 and UL94 V-0 standards and they are used in different industries, such as aviation, aerospace, electric vehicles, marine, automotive, motorcycle, truck, nuclear power, and oil exploration. For more information, please download our connector datasheet here.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone or need technical support?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

Our website currently supports shipping to New Zealand; however, we can ship worldwide. If you need delivery to a different destination, please contact us via email to arrange shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to promptly dispatch your confirmed and paid orders on the same day or the following business day.

Standard non-rural domestic shipping normally takes 1-3 days. International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

When you meet the requirement to get a full or partial refund, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.
