Selector Setting

• Set the tool selector knob to position SEL.1.0/16.

Gauging Instructions

"GO" Gauging Procedure

1. Fully Close the Tool: Operate the tool to the fully closed position.
2. Maintain Pressure: Maintain firm hand pressure on the tool handles.
3. Insert "GO" Gauge: Insert the "GO" gauge end between the indenter tips. The gauge must pass freely.

"NO-GO" Gauging Procedure

1. Fully Close the Tool: Operate the tool to the fully closed position.
2. Maintain Pressure: Maintain firm hand pressure on the tool handles.
3. Insert "NOGO" Gauge: Attempt to insert the "NOGO" gauge end. The "NOGO" gauge may partially enter the indenter opening but must not pass completely through.

Gauge Maintenance

1. Storage: After use, place the gauge into the special toolbox to prevent bending deformation of the gauge pin.
2. Cleaning: Regularly wipe the gauge pin with antirust oil to ensure the surface remains clean.
